-Order questions

What is the order deadline for same-day delivery?

We offer same-day delivery for orders
received before 12 PM , orders received after 12 PM will be delivered the next day or on the selected date.

-What's the time for Delivery

We deliver between 12 PM and 6 PM on the selected date. We recommend selecting a delivery window based on when the recipient will be home or the location where the flowers/gifts should be delivered.

-Can I request delivery at a specific time? (After-Hour Delivery)

We offer delivery between 10 AM and 6 PM, to complete all deliveries by 6 PM. IT'S NORMAL DUE TO TRAFIC FOR THIS TO EXTEND TO 7 PM While we'll do our best to accommodate special delivery time requests, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery window. If the recipient is not home, we will leave the flowers in a safe location. To request a delivery before a specific time, please note this in the 'order notes' during checkout, and we'll make every effort to meet your needs. If you need Flowers to be Delivery After Hours Please Call to Schedule a Special Delivery.

-Where do you deliver?

Deliveries within a 5-mile radius of the shop: No minimum purchase: $10 delivery fee.

Deliveries within a 9-mile radius of the shop: No minimum purchase: $20 delivery fee.

Deliveries 10 to 20 miles from the shop: No minimum purchase: $30 delivery fee.

Deliveries 21 to 35 miles from the shop: $100 minimum order: $40 delivery fee.

Deliveries 36 to 45 miles from the shop: $150 minimum order: $50 delivery fee.

-Can I edit an order?

-Deliveries to condos, apartments, or gated communities

For deliveries to condos, apartments, or gated communities, please be sure to include any necessary gate codes or delivery instructions. If the location has a front desk attendant, we will leave the flowers or gifts with them and require a signature. However, please note that some front desk staff may hold the delivery overnight or for an extended period. To ensure the recipient receives the items promptly, we recommend checking with the front desk on the day of delivery.

-Deliveries to Hospitals, Health Care Centers, and Retirement Homes.

While delivering beautiful flower arrangements to friends and family in hospitals, retirement homes, and other healthcare facilities can be a thoughtful gesture, it's important to confirm the delivery protocols with the institution before placing your order. Some facilities may not accept flower deliveries due to patient health concerns or restrict delivery staff from accessing patient floors.

If a flower order cannot be successfully delivered due to restrictions at the healthcare facility, the order will be returned to us. The sender will then be asked to provide a secondary address for delivery. Any subsequent delivery attempts are subject to additional distance minimums and fees. Please refer to our policies on Returns, Exchanges, and Store Credit for more information.

-What happens if no one is home to accept delivery?

We are committed to completing every delivery successfully. If no one is home, we will leave the order in a secure location and send you a photo via your tracking email. If we are unable to locate the address or gain access, we will contact the sender by phone to make alternative arrangements and ensure the delivery is completed.

If you know the recipient will be away, and you'd like us to leave the flowers or gift at the front, please inform us. That way, we can notify our drivers ahead of time.

-What happens if I provide the wrong address and delivery cannot be made?

We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information. While we always strive to resolve such issues immediately, this is not always feasible. If your order requires reshipment the next business day, we must prepare a fresh product, which incurs additional fees. In these cases, we offer a 50% discount on the original order price, plus a $10.00 redelivery fee to cover courier costs.

-Flower Bouquet Delivery

Are the flowers Bouquets delivered in water, and what is the best way to care for them?

Each of our flower bunches comes with the stems wrapped in wet Paper at the base. This keeps the flowers hydrated for up to 6 hours if the bouquet is left unattended after delivery.

Upon receiving the flowers, unwrap them and remove the wet paper. Then, cut the stems diagonally by about 2cm and place them in a clean vase filled with fresh water and flower food. Remember to change the water every two days, and keep the blooms away from sources of heat or cold to maximize their lifespan.

-In-store Pick-Ups

Pop Heart Flower Shop, located at 330 NE 62nd St, Miami, FL 33138,we offers in-store pickup for orders Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM. We ensure all orders are ready by the pickup date you select and will notify you as soon as your order is available. Same-day orders will be ready within a minimum of 2 hours. -Fresh Flowers Return Policy

At Pop Heart Flower Shop, we are committed to providing our clients with the freshest, professionally-treated flowers. We also offer basic care instructions to help maximize the longevity of your floral arrangements. With proper care and storage, we guarantee your florals will last a minimum of 3 days or 72 hours from the time of pickup or delivery. Please refer to our Flower Care Guide for tips on keeping your blooms looking their best.

All quality-related claims must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving your order. To qualify for a replacement, you must either bring the original product to our shop or email detailed photos to hello@popheartflowersho.com along with the purchase order. No replacements will be made after this 72-hour window.

-Order Cancellations

Cancellation must be placed before the order is delivered. To cancel an
order, customers should call the flower shop directly at 7862902503 for a faster
response. If the order has already been delivered, no refund can be issued
Cancellations will not be accepted if the customer provides inaccurate delivery
information, such as an incorrect office or home address. In such cases, the
customer should provide the correct information so the order can be properly
delivered. If the order hasn’t been delivered, we will extend Store credit use
for a future purchase. We do not offer refunds for canceled orders.

-Substitutions & Color Variation

Substitutions:

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to achieve the desired look and feel of your arrangement. If the florist is out of a particular element, such as a specific container, vase, or flower, a similar element of equal or greater value may be used. Our designers will use their creative expertise to ensure the "look and feel" of your arrangement remains the same. We use only the highest quality seasonal flowers and will make substitutions based on seasonal availability.

Color Variation:

The actual color of the flowers and foliage you receive may vary slightly from the images on our website. This natural variation in flowers and foliage is influenced by factors like lighting conditions and individual monitor settings. Like all natural products, each stem and leaf has unique characteristics that make it distinct. However, we work diligently to ensure the overall appearance and quality of your arrangement match our high standards.

How to Make Your Fresh Flowers Last Longer

While Pop Heart Studio strives to deliver the freshest, longest-lasting, and most beautiful flowers, you can extend their lifespan with a little care and attention. Follow these tips to make your flowers last longer:

  1. Remove Packaging and Trim Stems: As soon as your flowers arrive, remove the plastic wrap and wet paper and cut the stems by about an inch on an angle, this allows the flowers to better absorb water.
  2. Use a Clean Vase: Fill a clean vase with room temperature water to house your flowers. Change the water every 2-3 days to keep it fresh.
  3. Add Flower Food: Most flowers will benefit from commercial flower food or a homemade solution of sugar, lemon juice, and bleach in warm water. However, avoid using this with certain flowers like zinnias, sunflowers, and gladioli.
  4. Avoid Sunlight and Heat: Flowers thrive in cool, shaded areas, so keep them away from direct sunlight and heat sources which can cause them to wilt prematurely.
  5. Steer Clear of Fruit and Smoke: Ethylene gas emitted by fruit and cigarette smoke can harm and shorten the lifespan of your flowers.
